Racheal Lusk

Racheal serves as WARM NC’s Manager of Philanthropy, leading efforts to cultivate meaningful relationships with donors and corporate partners. She also oversees the planning and execution of WARM NC’s annual Gala and other key fundraising events that support the organization’s mission.

Prior to joining WARM NC, she served as the Senior Walk Manager for the Alzheimer’s Association of Coastal North Carolina, managing three annual fundraisers and a $325,000 portfolio. She also worked as the Outreach Coordinator for the New Hanover County Senior Resource Center, where she developed virtual programs to connect older adults with vital resources during the COVID-19 pandemic.
