WARM offers volunteer opportunities year-round for individuals, volunteer groups, and mission teams! 

Volunteer Opportunities

(individual or team) Work hands-on to change a life by making critical home repairs and accessibility upgrades such as ramps. LEARN MORE.

Homeowner Outreach

You can make a difference just by letting a homeowner know a resource exists to help them. Promote WARM services to homeowners in need by placing mailbox hangers.

Bring your mission team to southeastern NC for sun, sand, and service! 

Summer mission teams are scheduled to work Monday through Thursday from 9 am to 3 pm. LEARN MORE.

Develop your leadership and project management skills by serving as the point of contact for the team from your business, church. club, or network of friends. Inspire, recruit, coordinate, and schedule your team to complete repairs. LEARN MORE.

Photographer or Snack Hero

Do you want to make a difference but don't have a lot of time to commit? Visit a WARM rebuild to take photos for use on social media and promotional material or deliver snacks to show appreciation to volunteer teams and homeowners. Contact Volunteer Coordinator, Sadie Frye.

Office Volunteer

Volunteers can assist with day to day clerical duties, such as answering phones and filing paperwork. Contact Volunteer Coordinator, Sadie Frye.

Committees of the Board

Expand WARM's network in the community and get to know our board of directors. The purpose of our cultivation committees in to build WARM's relationships in specific sectors that will increase awareness and support WARM's mission. Committees include: Church & Civic, Corporate, Individuals, Government Affairs.

WARM has volunteer opportunities available year year for individuals and groups that would like to make home repairs for low-income homeowners.

The camaraderie of working with others for a good cause is always welcome nourishment for the soul.
