Make a difference and a living!

 

WARM NC is a grassroots home repair nonprofit founded in 1996 to help older adults recover from Hurricane Fran. Since then, the organization has rebuilt over 2000 owner-occupied homes for families in seven counties in Southeastern North Carolina.

 

The work makes homes safer and more accessible, helps protect existing affordable housing situations, and enables families of low wealth to retain their greatest asset - their home. Volunteers, donors, and grant-making organizations make all the difference to families who have almost lost hope.
