May is National Pet Month and WARM employees LOVE their pets. Did you know our Chief Morale Officer, Amber, is a canine? WARM is a dog-friendly workplace!

I also agree with the listed benefits, particularly how pets can reduce stress and improve social interactions. I can imagine that having a friendly animal nearby would make it easier for me to take short mental breaks and recharge during a busy day. Sometimes, I even turn to light activities like smash karts unblocked for a quick reset, but having pets around seems like an even more natural and uplifting way to boost morale.
