As Vice President of Biotech Development Operations at Fortrea, a leading Clinical Research Organization, she leads high-performing teams and drives operational excellence—focusing on consistency, quality, innovation, financial stewardship, and continuous learning.

Known for her integrity, authenticity, and adaptable leadership style, Stephanie cultivates a culture of empowerment, blending executive presence and positive energy to inspire teams to achieve their highest potential.

Stephanie has proudly called Wilmington home since relocating from Michigan and earning her degree from UNCW. She and her husband cherish their life in the community, raising two daughters.
