Scott Donaldson

Scott Donaldson is a Partner at Cline Donaldson PLLC, where he practices Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and Litigation. Scott was born and raised on Long Island, New York. He earned his Bachelor's of Science in Athletic Training from East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania, a Masters of Science in Criminology from University of Cincinnati, and his Juris Doctorate degree from Campbell University. 

Prior to attending law school Scott served as a Deputy Sheriff with the New York City Sheriff's Department, where he climbed the ranks from Deputy to Lieutenant.  Scott and his wife Rebecca chose to return to Rebecca's hometown of Wilmington to raise their family. Scott and Rebecca have daughters, Kennedy and Saylor. What attracted Scott to WARMNC was the ability to continue to assist the public in protecting their assets and ensuring safe and healthy living conditions. When not practicing law, Scott enjoys spending time with his family on the water, exercising, and playing sports.
