April Jones

April grew up in Wilmington and attended area schools and graduated from UNCW.  She has witnessed significant growth in the tri-county region over the past two decades and now resides in Hampstead with her husband, Jeff, a retired international pilot. She has two children, Abby who lives in Cary and Bobby, who is in the DEP program with the US Navy while attending Topsail High School.

April owns an local insurance brokerage focusing on coastal insurance and felt WARM was the perfect opportunity to give back after witnessing many homeowners lacking resources to complete basic home repairs. She is also a member of Wilmington Rotary.
