Stacy Geist

As Manager of Philanthropy, Stacy is passionate about helping donors make meaningful impact in the lives and homes of WARM homeowners. Her previous experience fundraising for homeless services and emergency shelters sparked her interest in affordable housing in our community, and she is an active member of the Cape Fear Housing Coalition and serves on the board of the Cape Fear Chapter of Association of Fundraising Professionals.

Stacy and her husband Brandon love living in Wilmington and being closer to their family in Eastern NC after many years of living in Charleston, SC. They welcomed their first child in May 2021 and are loving every minute of their new baby. When she’s not tending the baby, the flower garden, or the dogs, Stacy is probably checking out a nearby garden center or somewhere talking about plants and flowers to anyone who will listen.
