Phil Godshall

Phil brings 25+ years of diverse construction industry experience including residential development, light commercial, design-build remodeling, and disaster restoration. After retiring from the construction industry, Phil traveled nationally, first as an OSHA and EPA compliance trainer and later as a Safety Awareness and Leadership workshop coach to multiple industries. These workshops' dramatic effect solidified his desire to help people enjoy their dreams of tomorrow by making good decisions today.

As Construction Manager, Phil welcomes the opportunity to utilize his life-long learning experiences to further the mission of WARM and sincerely appreciates the volunteers that make it all possible.
