Nikki Quick

Nikki Quick serves as the Assistant Director of Construction at WARM NC, where she oversees the Essential Single-Family Rehabilitation projects from planning through completion. She works closely with internal teams and partners to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and with lasting impact.

With 13 years of experience in healthcare, construction, and nonprofit leadership, Nikki Brings a well-rounded perspective to her work. She previously served as Director of Construction for a Charlotte-based nonprofit and spent serval years with WARM NC in the field managing ESFR projects.

Nikki is passionate about helping people stay safe and comofrtable in their homes. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and spending time with her grandkids, and her adult kids, too.
