Melanie James

Melanie is the WARM Director of Staff Development. Melanie plays a key role in strengthening WARM's culture of excellence and continuous improvement and nurturing a positive, fulfilling team environment.

Before joining WARM, Melanie worked as a bookkeeper and property manager in the construction and real estate industries. She founded Heavenly Stock, a nonprofit ministry of St. Andrews Covenant Presbyterian Church dedicated to providing clothes for children in need. She brings valuable skills and a passion to serve others from that experience to her work for WARM.

Melanie is the proud mother of her son and daughter.
