Kathleen Beuselinck

Kathleen is the Assistant to the Homeowner Services team at WARM. She receives, reviews, and processes applicant information and communications with the homeowners for follow up and other details that pertain to their application. She helps make sure that the Homeowner Services team has all the information required to efficiently and properly evaluate the applications.

​She has 25+ years of customer service experience in the private sector and is excited to be able to use her experience to help WARM further its mission and make a difference in people’s lives.

Born and raised in Northern New Jersey, Kathleen has been living in North Carolina for 2 years. She has 2 children. In her free time, she loves spending time with her boyfriend and pets-dog, Nitro and cat, Buddy. She enjoys spending time on their boat, fishing, reading and baking.
