Ginger Parker

As the Homeowner Services Assistant, Ginger provides administrative support to the Homeowner Services team. She earned her bachelor’s degree from UNCW and has an NC real estate license. She enjoys graphic design, visual art and continues to develop these skills whenever possible.

Ginger has lived in the Wilmington area for over 30 years. Ginger enjoys spending time with her husband, Charles, daughter, Casey, and their pets: a cat, two parakeets and a lizard. She loves visiting her son (who moved away from his mom to work at Disney), Carson, and his lovely fiancée, Sidney.

Her favorite thing about working for WARM is being part of an organization that makes a difference in peoples’ lives with very tangible results and working every day with people who have a heart for what they do.
