Melanie is the WARM Program Manager. After a homeowner qualifies for assistance, Melanie works with them to make their rebuild go smoothly. She is a patient guide through the entire process, from initial application through the final rebuild. Melanie works to build strong relationships with community partners who share WARM’s focus on healthy homes and aging in place. As an advocate for low-income homeowners, she educates elected officials at the local, state, and federal levels to increase awareness of the ongoing crisis in affordable housing.

Before joining WARM, Melanie worked as a bookkeeper and property manager in the construction and real estate industries. She founded Heavenly Stock, a nonprofit ministry of St. Andrews Covenant Presbyterian Church dedicated to providing clothes for children in need.  She brings valuable skills and a passion to serve others from that experience to her work for WARM.

Melanie is the proud mother of her son and daughter.
