Kim joined the WARM team as the Development Manager in November 2020. Kim has worked in Advancement for over 25 years, primarily working in independent schools. She has experience in all areas of Development, Marketing and Communications. Kim’s most recent experience involves managing an Advancement Office and successfully running a capital campaign and major gifts program at an Episcopal boarding school in Virginia.
Kim is excited to be back in Wilmington after 10 years and feels fortunate to have the opportunity to work for a non-profit which serves those in need. Kim is the mother of three grown children and one grandson. In her free time, she enjoys biking, hiking, visiting art museums and traveling.
