Our typical homeowner is elderly and/or disabled. Over 80% are widows. Over 30% are disabled. Most have sought help from other agencies but could not get the assistance they needed. WARM, Inc. provides hope of a more secure, safe, comfortable home.Our homeowners are very grateful for the services they have received. Here are some thank-you’s we have received:

After years of lifing with pain, disability, on very little money, a serious bout with cancer... and the recent loss of my 18 year-old grandson, I was about to lose hope... then came a might blessing of the Holy Spirit through the body of Christ at WARM... my spirit was stirred with joy, hope and peace as my eyes beheld the completion of a total exterior paint job plus the replacement of rotted wood... I feel the Lord brought me a much needed Christmas blessing when things seemed very bleak!

I think about [the volunteers] every day and remember how God blessed me to get help on my house because I couldn't afford it... I was trying very hard to work to get a bathtub.

My family and I feel very safe now, thanks to the workers.
