Pancake Breakfast: On the 2nd Saturday of every month, Trinity United Methodist Church hosts the pancake breakfasts at their Family Life Center (4008 South College Road, just south of 17th Street), from 7:30-11:00 am. A donation of $5.00 will get you all the pancakes and sausage you can eat. A different Celebrity Chef will be in the kitchen each month! Potential volunteers are encouraged to attend and talk to WARM representatives.
Day of Hope: We will reserve the 4th Saturday of each month for individuals of all skill levels to jump right into service of those in need. Please register by 5:00 pm on the 3rd Thursday of the month (910.399.7563 or info@warmnc.org) so that we have time to select an appropriate project from our waiting list and order materials. If you are part of a work team, we can schedule the work at your convenience. Due to the holidays, Days of Hope are not scheduled in November or December.
Home Rebuilding Projects: WARM volunteer work teams make repairs and accessibility upgrades to an average of 5-6 homes per month in 3 counties. Work teams are matched with projects according to skill level and location. Work can be scheduled at the convenience of your work team and we can place skilled individuals on small "strike teams" to complete advanced projects. Board of Directors meetings are held on the last Monday of every odd numbered month at 1:00 at the Jo Ann Carter Harrelson Center (20 North 4th Street in Downtown Wilmington)
